In partnership with Visualiza, Seva Foundation has completed a state-of-the-art eye hospital that will serve over 1 million people, bringing quality care closer to home for those who once had to travel to Guatemala City or go without care entirely.
Opened in September 2025, this hospital is the boldest step yet in Seva’s Guatemala Brillando initiative and a major milestone toward ending avoidable blindness in the country by 2032.
This is accessible, sustainable eye care in action—a solution to medical, economic, and geographic barriers that have kept too many in the dark.
